Privacy Policy

Feglah helps restaurants get better prices on food and supplies. You text us what you need in iMessage. We ask distributors near you for offers, show you the best ones and connect you with the one you pick. This policy explains what we collect to do that, who sees it and the choices you have.

"Feglah", "we" and "us" mean DHCB, Inc.. "You" means anyone who texts us, uses our website or works with us as a distributor.

The short version

  • We only use what you tell us to get you offers and connect you with a distributor.
  • Distributors see what you want priced and roughly where you are. They see your name, business and number only after you pick their offer or ask to hear more.
  • We never sell your information or show other businesses what you pay.
  • Reply STOP any time to stop messages. Ask us to forget something and we will.

1. What we collect

When you text us (restaurants)

When you work with us as a distributor

When you visit our website

Our web servers keep standard logs (IP address, browser type, the page you asked for and the time) to keep the site running and secure. Our website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

What we do not collect

We do not collect card or bank details. Payment for food happens directly between you and the distributor, outside Feglah.

2. How we use it

3. AI and our team

An AI assistant reads your messages and files and writes most of our replies. Our team can see every conversation. They answer questions the assistant passes to them, prepare offers and step in when needed. The assistant can make mistakes, so please check prices and details before you order.

We use AI providers through their business services under contracts that limit how they may use your data. They do not use it to train their own models. We use conversations, with names and numbers removed where we can, to test and improve our own assistant. We do not sell them.

4. Who we share it with

WhoWhat they see
Distributors we ask for offersThe products, amounts and timing you want priced, and your area (for example a city or ZIP code). Not your name, number or what you pay now.
The distributor you pickWhen you choose an offer or ask to learn more: your name, business, address and phone number, so they can contact you and set things up.
Restaurants (for distributors)Your business name and logo, the products, prices, delivery terms and minimums in your offers.
Service providersOnly what they need to run their part of Feglah (see section 5).
Legal and safetyWhen the law requires it, or to protect people, our users or Feglah from fraud or harm.
A buyer of our businessIf Feglah is merged or sold, under this policy or one at least as protective.

We do not sell or "share" personal information as those terms are used in California law, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

6. Texts, check-ins and STOP

7. How long we keep it

Messages also stay in the Messages app on your own phone and on the Apple device we use to send and receive iMessages. When you ask us to delete your data, we also delete your chat from that device within 30 days.

8. Your choices and rights

If you delete your data, we can't keep looking for offers for you, and distributors you were already connected with keep their own records under their own policies.

9. Security

We protect your data with encrypted connections (HTTPS), access limited to staff who need it, two-step sign-in for staff accounts, logs of who did what, and regular encrypted backups. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your personal information, we will tell you as the law requires.

10. Where data is stored

Our servers are run by Contabo. Some providers above process data in the United States. When data moves between countries, we use the safeguards the law requires.

11. US state and international rights

Depending on where you live, for example in California or another US state with a privacy law, or in the UK or EU, you may have the right to know, access, correct, delete or move your data, to object to or limit some uses, and not to be treated differently for using these rights. Email [email protected] to use any of them. You can also have someone you authorize make a request for you. Feglah is for businesses, so much of what we hold is business contact information, which some laws treat differently.

12. Children

Feglah is a service for businesses and is not meant for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

13. Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. If a change matters, we will tell you by text or on our website before it takes effect.
